Our 40 to 50 minute instructor led multi-round bootcamp sessions cater for every fitness levels and goals.
What’s your goal? Improve functional strength (STRONG), reduce body fat while increasing lean muscle and fitness (SHRED) or tone up those lagging body parts to achieve a more balanced and toned look (SCULPT).
A new workout starts every 3 to 5 minutes combining a daily dose of cardio, strength and kickbox bag and pad rounds. No need to book in, just turn up during the operating hours listed below, check-in on arrival (don’t forget your towel and water bottle) and prepare for an awesome workout!
