Q. WHAT IS YOUR OPENING DATE?
A. We intend on being open from Monday 19 October, 2020.
Q. WHAT IF ANOTHER COVID RELATED SHUTDOWN OCCURS?
A. All memberships will have the option of being put on hold until we resume business with no loss of membership entitlements.
Q. WHAT IF I AM AWAY ON HOLIDAY?
A. Members are able to suspend their membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks every calendar year.
Q. WHAT IF I GET SICK AND CAN’T ATTEND?
A. Produce a medical certificate stating that you are unable to engage in physical activity of this nature and for how long. Your membership will be suspended or cancelled accordingly.
Q. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. Apart from justified and verified medical grounds and after the 7 day cooling off period has passed, the terms of your membership are binding for the duration of the contracted period.
