Our Workouts

Our Strength training blocks are designed to develop a strong, stable and functionally fit body.

These fully coached and supported sessions are designed to:

  • Increase lean muscle mass and muscle quality.
  • Improve bone density.
  • Boost your metabolism due to increased lean muscle mass.
  • Stabilize, strengthen and reduce injury in joints.
  • Improve the cardiovascular system.
  • Correct postural and muscle imbalance.

All exercises are scaled or modified appropriate to your ability and fitness level.

Our conditioning workouts are based around what is termed METABOLIC CONDITIONING.

This refers to exercises that increase the amount of energy stored and released by the body.

Metabolic Conditioning workouts fire up your metabolism, accelerate fat loss, and increase lean muscle while also improving your strength and cardio capacity.

We also incorporate LISS (Low Intensity Steady State)  conditioning workouts to aid recovery, fat energy utilisation and muscle balance.

With over 30 years competing, training and coaching we have learnt a thing or two about common problems that occur after years of wear and tear.

Shoulders, knees, lower back are just a few of the areas commonly impacted.

That’s why we help rebuild and rebalance the muscles responsible with a range of exercise physiology inspired exercises included in all our workouts.

These exercises will help bullet proof your joints and muscles against injury, improve posture, create a strong ‘core’ and improve your recreational/sporting performance.
